Start the day with a deep pranayama practice and touch the space of sunya. A space where we are lifted out beyond the confinement of the mind and repose in a broad and effervescent tranquility.
A light lunch is served.
Melt into tension-less bliss with an afternoon of yin. Cocooned in long-held poses, facilitators, Brad and Rosie offer bodywork to deepen your practice.
