Join PALMA Colectiva for The Nature Of Women a heartfelt celebration of International Women’s Month, on Friday, March 7th, from 10-11:30 am at the serene Island View Lawn. This special event is dedicated to honoring and supporting women from all walks of life, and everyone is welcome to participate in this empowering gathering of Tea, Sound and Reiki.
Let’s ground and connect in community through an herbal Tea Meditation with SELF LOVE TEA, lead by Shannon Kim. Following, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative outdoor Sound Bath led by Danielle Elese. Let the harmonious vibrations of sound envelop you, creating a tranquil space for relaxation and inner peace. This sound bath is a journey of sonic bliss, utilizing a variety of instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Accompanying the sound bath, experience the gentle, healing touch of Reiki with PALMA Colectiva founder Meredith Markworth-Pollack. Through these modalities we will connect to the innate Nature Of Women, the feminine principles that guide us and harmonize our mind, body and spirit to Mother Earth.
