SEPARATION AS INITIATION

Join us in a one of a kind retreat dedicated to women who have separated from their significant other or gone though divorce- an intimate gathering to embody, support, co-create and honor this sacred initiation into wholeness. Facilitated by Paige Appel of RIVERBANK, and supported by Meredith Markworth-Pollack Founder of PALMA, this retreat is a unique experience to connect intimately with oneself and your deeply personal journey of separation, held by the safety and commonality of a community of women with shared experiences. We will work with the modalities of breath, somatic movement, and sound to open our hearts to self compassion, self forgiveness, and self love. Paige will lead us through a right of passage ritual of Separation Awakening and Separation As Initiation. Organic lunch and snacks included. 

Paige Appel holds a degree in Communications and Psychology, supported by over 15 years of immersive study in spiritual and wellness practices across a range of modalities and mentors. As a seasoned facilitator of circles for both adults and children, Paige brings together the compassionate clarity of Nonviolent Communication, the subtle precision of intuitive energy work, and the grounded wisdom of embodied presence in her coaching and counseling practice.

She is the creator of Collaborative Autonomy, a couples coaching framework that invites partners to deepen their connection while honoring their individuality. Having walked the path of divorce and co-parenting, Paige supports women and couples through the terrain of spiritual separation—tending to the fractures not as failures, but as sacred gateways for relational growth.

Her work is rooted in the belief that we are spiritual beings learning how to live, love, and evolve through the complexity of the human experience.

PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
