Nourish yourself with a five day food cleanse by Chef Suzanne Stackle to reset the gut, support the nervous system, and hold you while you dive deep into your Winter cleanse. Suzanne's approach to food is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and the intelligence of the body. For this weeklong reset, she's created a menu inspired by Sakura—the Japanese philosophy of renewal, lightness, and impermanence that arrives with early spring. These meals are not about deprivation or discipline, but about clearing space so something more truthful can emerge.
Every dish is vegan, gluten-free, and designed to be gentle on digestion while deeply supportive of the nervous system. Think warming broths, mineral-rich greens, clean proteins from legumes, soft textures, and subtle flavors that invite you back into your senses.
This food is meant to hold you—quietly—while you unwind from excess and return home to yourself.

Daily Mini Menu (Sample Day)
Morning
• Warm Lemon–Ginger Water with a hint of yuzu
• Greens Broth
(clear vegetable broth with kombu, ginger, scallion, and tender greens)
Midday
• Steamed Seasonal Vegetables
(broccoli, carrots, daikon, snap peas) with sesame–tamari drizzle
• Mung Bean & Spinach Stew
Light, grounding, and protein-rich
Afternoon
• Matcha or Tulsi Tea
• Simple Apple & Pear Compote with cinnamon
Evening
• Coconut–Miso Vegetable Soup
(zucchini, greens, shiitake, soft tofu-style chickpea curd)
• Steamed Greens with Lemon and Olive Oil
Portions are modest, warming, and intentionally repetitive to calm the nervous system and reduce decision fatigue.

For the 5-day Nourish + Restore Cleanse, meals are delivered in a single organized drop-off and designed to rotate gently through the week.
The menu includes:
• Daily broths (kombu-ginger, miso-coconut, green vegetable)
• Two rotating legume-based stews
(mung bean & spinach, red lentil & carrot)
• Seasonal steamed and lightly roasted vegetables
• Simple grain-free porridges
(chia, flax, coconut milk)
• Digestive teas
(ginger, tulsi, fennel, matcha)
• Light fruit compotes for grounding sweetness
All food is:
• Vegan
• Gluten-free
• Free of refined sugar, alcohol, and stimulants
• Designed to support detoxification without shock or strain
This is nourishment as a container—not a program to “get through,” but a soft structure that supports clarity, creativity, and reconnection.
PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
