Join PALMA Colectiva for a transformative Full Moon Ceremony with Meredith Markworth-Pollack and Kelley Jean Anderson. Celebrate the first full moon of the year—a Wolf Moon and Supermoon—in Cancer, the sign of deep nurture and emotional healing. This is a time to honor our chosen family, embrace self-care, and connect with our intuition. With Cancer ruled by the moon, we may feel heightened empathy, nostalgia, and a strong need for rest. Join us as we ring in the New Year with ceremony, reflection, and rejuvenation.

We’ll begin by setting intentions and enjoying ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening medicine used for thousands of years. Then, a guided meditation will help release what no longer serves us, followed by a restorative sound bath with herb healings to leave you feeling renewed. The combination of cacao, meditation, sound, and herbs often sparks fresh insights, creative visions, and new perspectives on daily life.

Following the Ceremony, everyone will be invited to change into their bathing suits for an herb healing to help clear and prepare their body and spirit for the Thermal Journey, including: Oak Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Vitality Pool, and Cold Plunge.
