El Encanto Summer Series: Morning Cacao Meditation with PALMA Founder Meredith Markworth-Pollack Tuesday July 2nd

Join PALMA Colectiva for our Summer Series at El Encanto Hotel. This morning ritual of Cacao, Meditation + Sound is meant to invigorate and inspire. Ceremonial Cacao has been used by indigenous communities to unite on heart coherent frequencies. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that can offer deep insights, connection to self and spirit, and harmonize our nervous system. Meredith will lead the group through the ritual with meditation and a relaxing sound bath meant to inspire and energize our creative alchemy. 

PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
