Join us for a transformative 3-day Kundalini journey guided by Abigail Lorick. Throughout this series, we'll delve into the rich tapestry of our ancestral history, facilitating profound healing. Our ancestral legacies reside within us, shaping our very being. Abigail will curate a nurturing space, empowering everyone to activate and release stagnant energies.

Focused on the chakras, the seven vital energy centers within our body's core, we'll employ specific postures to awaken each chakra. These energy hubs correspond to distinct body parts, emotions, and stages of life. By harmonizing and energizing these chakras, we'll liberate ourselves from obsolete energies, fostering emotional and physical healing.

Moreover, we'll engage with the lymphatic, glandular, and nervous systems, serving as conduits to expel this transformed energy. Through a blend of breathwork, mantras, dynamic movement, meditation, and serene stillness, we'll tap into these internal systems, facilitating a holistic release and renewal.

Day 1:  Let go of what is not love

We will strengthen our courage by letting go of fear and we will acknowledge the wisdom of our ancestors.  Releasing this fear will give us the opportunity to expand into love for our ancestors. 

Day 2:  Releasing Anger / acknowledge and feel so we can let go and release

We will tap into our anger and move underneath it to acknowledge, let go, and heal this space. To go deeper into our ancestry we will move into a meditation to bring up our past.

Day 3:  Moving from the heart /  meet the past with love and compassion  

We will move into the heart chakra activating and expanding so we can meet our ancestors with love and compassion.
