Cosmic Choir with Danielle Elese + Teagan Rose May 20th

Join us for Cosmic Choir, a transformative and one-of-a-kind event. This unique experience merges the science of sound and the wisdom of somatics to heal our bodies, minds, and spirits through the transformative use of our voices, group consciousness, and spontaneous creativity.

During this immersive sound bath, participants will befriend the voice and embark on a journey from play to prayer. Through a carefully curated combination of vocal toning, somatic expression and meditation, Cosmic Choir offers a space to remember the medicine that lives within the body.

Led by experienced facilitators, Teagan Rose & Danielle Elese, participants are encouraged to unleash their creativity, regardless of background or experience level, and embrace the healing power of sound. Through the harmonious blending of voices, attendees will co-create a symphony of resonance, fostering a sense of unity and interconnectedness within the group.

Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a deeper connection with yourself and others, Cosmic Choir provides a safe and nurturing environment for personal growth and exploration.

Danielle Elese of Foxy Sage is a certified Sound Healing Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Spiritual Hypnotherapist. Her work aims to foster greater alignment by activating one's inner healer, thereby amplifying harmony in all relations. Music and song are essential to her expression, she uses Reiki-infused Sound Healing to restore balance between the body, mind, soul, and spirit. Within her musical endeavors, she creates healing soundscapes using 432 hertz crystal sound bowls, Himalayan metal bowls, various percussion instruments, and an array of chimes. Danielle's mesmerizing vocal toning is a tool for energetic healing. Her work is a transformational journey through meditation, leading individuals back to their own healing hearts.

Teagan Rose is a Certified Somatic Therapist, Movement & Voice Educator, Actor and Artist. She brings to this space her 15+ years of experience studying emotions, movement and vocal arts, 8+ years exploring spirituality and alternative healing practices, as well as her lifelong reverence for the body and the cycles of nature. She currently lives in Santa Barbara with her partner and dog, and continues to deepen her somatic practice through aerial arts, dance, strength training, singing, and time outside. You can participate in her offerings through personal sessions, classes, or her book, The Emotional Body.
