Join our play-shop and reconnect with your Inner Child through the Joyful Practice of Animal Spirit Qi Gong! Then be healed and nourished as we relax and receive the healing benefits of Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture. Both ancient medicine miracles have stood the test of time over 3,000 years.

We will be standing and moving intentionally mimicking animal movement styles to release stress, embrace spontaneity, and tap into the energy of of Snake, Crane, Dolphin, & Deer in this unique, revitalizing experience. Taking some moments to rest and journal our experiences. Ignite your imagination as we become the spirit of the animal! We will specifically focus on Snake, for creating your own medicine and for a supple spine. Dolphin, for discovering freedom and joy, also good for the spine. Crane, for the heart, balance, joy and patience. Deer for cultivating forgiveness, balance, leg strength and flexibility. Let your inner child play and learn ancient wellness techniques at our event.

First we practice Animal Spirit Qi Gong followed by laying on our mats while Rachel gently places acupuncture needles in specific points at the outer edges of the ear. These points have been clinically proven to simulate and adjust our nervous system allowing for deep relaxation and deep healing.

We use Auricular (ear) Acupuncture to strengthen and relax our bodies and lighten our minds.

Acupuncture stimulates our nervous system to release chemicals into our muscles, spinal cord and brain which promote natural healing  physically and emotional well-being.

Incorporating Acupuncture and Animal Spirit Qi Gong into your regular routine will lead to a more Balanced, Vital, and Harmonious Life.

Rachel Petkus L.Ac. (RYT 200hrs) believes she is here to awaken herself and others by supporting, loving, and inspiring people to realize and express their divine nature. She is a mother of two in a blended family of 7 humans, four dogs and five chickens!  Working 5 years as a Transformational Life Coach and over 30 years as a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner. She has lived, studied, worked and taught all over the world and is passionate about people and planet. She is devoted to a life of service.

PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
