Come explore the enchanting grounds of Zaca Lake, swim in the sacred waters of the natural spring-fed lake, and relax in mindful offerings at AGUA SAGRADA, a day retreat hosted by PALMA Colectiva and RITUEL. Zaca means 'peaceful valley,' a quiet place of sacred natural beauty. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the bountiful healing properties of the land and to do so with intention, and a beautiful like minded community.
We will begin the day with sacred plant and water treatments with Eve Gaines of RITUAL including Native + Medicinal Floral Baths, River Stone Purifications with Foot Grounding and Herbal Infusions, and Clay + Plant Immersions with sun basked body masks. An organic lunch will be prepared by PATH AND PROVISIONS with a tonic bar by Moon Juice and Tea Infusions by MAMMAL. Following lunch we will rest in ceremony with Cacao + Sound by Kendal White and Raquel Barrantes. Gifting provided by Moon Juice and MAMMAL Herbs. Overnight accommodations available to book directly with Zaca Lake.
Zaca Lake is a 320 acre private sanctuary surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest in Santa Ynez, located an hour north of Santa Barbara on sacred Chumash Land.
The retreat includes:
- all day access to the grounds and lake
- lake front water + herb treatments 12-3 pm
- organic farm lunch served 2-4 pm
- cacao ceremony + sound bath 4-6 pm
- gifting and non alcoholic drinks by Moon Juice + MAMMAL
- cabins available to book overnight with dinner and breakfast included
Accommodations and dinner add-on:
Nestled under a canopy of redwoods, a series of cabins line the north side of the lake. Every building has been meticulously restored to bring comfort and luxury to all guests. To reserve a cabin for the night please email the property directly at christine@zacalake.com.
