A harmonious composition of subtle energetic touch and sound guided by Lara Elliott and Meredith Markworth-Pollack. This is an evening  of self-care and healing, harmonizing bodymind with Heaven + Earth energies.
Receive the benefits of guided Breath, gentle Reiki touch, and a crystal bowl Sound bath to open and align the three Taoist energy centers “three dantian” also called elixir fields. Held by the enchanted beauty of the historic El Roblar Hotel in Downtown Ojai.

Lara Eliott is a Holistic and Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and Meditation Teacher based in Ojai, California. Trained as an Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Lara has gone through two Master degree programs in Chinese Medicine beginning her academic Chinese Medicine studies in NYC 2011.
