An Evening of Sound, Tea + Contemplative Practice

Join us for an evening of sound, stillness, and tea at Roblar.

RESONANCE is an immersive experience where live music, mindfulness, and contemplative practice come together to cultivate presence, embodied awareness, and beauty. Through sound, silence, and guided attunement, we invite space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the self and the body's natural intelligence.

Together, we'll explore how sound can become a pathway towards contemplative practice, and how moments of intentional pause help to return us towards balance amidst the pace of everyday life.

The practice will begin with a silent tea ceremony hosted by Leia Layas, followed by RESONANCE a sonic meditation experience guided by Nkechi Njaka and Tauwoo. The evening will conclude with space offered for conversation, reflection, and community.

Whether you come to restore, reconnect, or simply listen, this evening is an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
