Reiki Facial with Meredith Markworth-Pollack

The Reiki Facial with Reiki Master Meredith Markworth-Pollack is an energetic session that exemplifies the connection between our inner wellbeing and our outer reflection through the portal of our skin. She combines the principles of Reiki and Craniosacral work with her intuitive healing practice to work specifically on the stories, stress and trauma we hold in our face, neck, head and scalp. The treatment serves as a deeply nurturing reset of the nervous system and physical tensions, combining holistic skin techniques including gua-sha, lymphatic massage and red light therapy. This combined with high vibrational skin care and treatments, leaves our skin glowing, vibrant and clear. Working with our upper chakras - the heart, throat, third eye and crown, the offering begins with an energetic alignment from sound and grounding on the BioMat Amethyst Crystal bed. The treatment combines facial reiki with a rose quartz stone mask, gua-sha, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage and scalp massage. The session ends with twenty minutes under the LightSim LED Elipsa accompanied by full body Reiki. Leave feeling calm, lifted and glowing.
