Our sound baths include a gentle guided meditation and intention setting, alchemized sound bowls and instruments, and tea and reflections. Sound healing can have profound effects on our physical and emotional beings, including reducing stress and anxiety, lowering blood pressure and improving sleep. This offering is for all ages and can be modified to fit the needs and intention of the group. Mats, sheepskins, blankets, meditation cushions, head pillow, and eye pillows are included.
