Private Breathwork Session + Sound Bath

Breathwork is an ancient modality meant to move stuck energy, realign the nervous system, and bring forth any visions, emotions, and knowings that need to be integrated in to the conscious body. It is deeply detoxifying both emotionally and physically and is a beautiful resource for moving through a challenge, threshold, or clearing the body to receive. Meredith was trained by Lara Elliott and Carly Jo Carson over the span of three years and is versed in two distinct styles of breathwork. She accompanies the session with hands on Reiki and ends the offering with her alchemized sound bowls to attune the energy created and begin the integration process.
