This five-day journey takes you from earth to cosmos and back again, waking up to your boundless nature. We begin by rooting: listening to the Mother Earth that lives within you. We open and feel without apology—anger moves, emotions flow, forgiveness opens nothing is suppressed. We move through the mind releasing restrictions, transcending the weight of all of it, remembering that you belong to something vast. Starlight. Boundlessness. And finally, we integrate: you are both. You are the earth and the stars. You are the mother & the father and the infinite. The joy of this recognition becomes your foundation.

By the end of these five days, your consciousness has shifted. You are no longer bound by what you thought you were. You remember you are limitless. And you know You are held.

Schedule:

Day 1: Root & Be Held We go deep into Mother Earth. We listen. We root so deeply we can hear her—moving into the heavy denseness within us, connecting to the core of the earth and all that lives there.

Day 2: Open & Let It Flow — Anger This day is about EMOTIONS - open everyone to feel.The currency is feeling.Shaking, fists of anger. We open up to the Liver.

Day 3: Open & Let It Flow — Forgiveness. We continue to open the 2nd chakra allowing the emotions to flow.We tap into the water element and observe what naturally happens in the body.

Day 4: Release the Mind - We move into the mind and release deep-seated mental blocks and negative subconscious patterns. Then we can expand beyond the restrictions.

Day 5: Integration and Remembrance -We are the earth and the stars. The mother and the infinite. We experience joy as recognition and blessings of the self.
