Join PALMA Colectiva and ALIGN FROM WITHIN for a one of a kind 3 night summer retreat at The Ranch, Malibu. This unique collaboration combines the established principles of nutrition, fitness and nature of The Ranch with the practices and ceremonial offerings of PALMA and ALIGN. Traditionally guests have been required to participate in a 6 night stay at the property and we are thrilled to offer this shorter immersion to our communities. This retreat is supported by SÉANCE, a new daily practice app that offers intentional tools to embodiment. In the programming, we will explore ATTUNEMENT through daily movement and mantra with Kundalini by Abigail Lorcik, Ritual practices including Breathwork, Cacao and Sound with Meredith Markwokrth-Pollack, frequency sessions with BIOCHARGER, a gut health workshop with JUNA, and daily massage, swimming, sauna, hikes and down time to integrate these modalities and give the body, mind and spirit time to rest.
