RYNELL CASEY
Rynell Casey is a Mom, Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach based in Santa Barbara, California. She is passionate about health and wellness, drawing inspiration from her personal battle with cancer and her best friend’s holistic healing journey. Rynell is an IIN-certified Holistic Health Coach with expertise in dietary theories, functional medicine and bio-individuality. She is currently expanding her skills as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. A former footwear Product Line Manager and Marketer, Rynell blends her business acumen with her dedication to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
KATE WYSOCKI
Kate Wysocki, Head of Wellness at the Coral Casino, is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, breathwork facilitator & mindful traveler. She offers somatic tools that cultivate greater self-awareness, empowering you to live as your best self. Previously, she worked at an Advertising Agency in Chicago (Ogilvy) where she specialized in developing & executing complex digital marketing strategies. After losing herself completely & hitting her personal rock bottom in 2019, she moved to Santa Barbara a few weeks before the pandemic hit and has been all-in on her personal healing journey ever since. She speaks from deep experience & brings genuine compassion to her work, inspiring others to embrace their own transformative healing journeys.
MEREDITH MARKWORTH-POLLACK
Meredith Markworth-Pollack, founder of PALMA Colectiva, is a spiritual seeker, intuitive healer, Reiki Master and sound alchemist. She creates meaningful mindful and wellness experiences and retreats to foster connection, community and collective healing. Previously she was a Costume Designer For Film + TV, designing such shows as Impeachment and Dynasty. However a calling to honor her true nature led her away from the industry, and toward a holistic and curated approach to wellness. She relies on her creative design background to bring beauty and aesthetic nourishment to every detail of PALMA.
