Join PALMA Colectiva and multidisciplinary healer and herbalist, Allie Brown, on a cosmic sound and herbal medicine journey. Flowers serve as both our medicine and muse, as they positively affect our mental state. Offerings include a sound bath, herbal teas & infusions to support the natural rhythm of our bodies during the summer season, flower essences to aid in balancing mood and emotions, and flower offerings, to enhance our guided meditation practice.
PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours. All set up provided.
