Commune with us for a two night, three day wellbeing retreat to explore the oneness of nature in relation to our mind, body, and spirit. Immerse yourself in the sacred grounds at Zaca Lake, a historic 320 acre retreat space and majestic natural lake, surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest in Santa Ynez. This marks the first use of the recently renovated property to be used for conscious gatherings and we are honored to be part of this inaugural collaboration. Engage in the reflections of the bountiful nature and wildlife, curated offerings and meal program, intentional community, and the understated luxuries of Zaca Lake's design and amenities.
The ceremonial programming is created to deepen the connection of self in relation to the collective, weaving in the elemental teachings of the landscapes that will surround us. Our retreat begins Friday with a Land Blessing and Cacao and Sound Ceremony with Vibrational Artist Micah Sheiner. Saturday morning we will partake in a Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Baelyn Elspeth and Morgann Francesca. Saturday afternoon Grief and Letting Go Coach AmarAtma will hold a ceremonial practice of a Funeral for Our Past Selves and Healing the Loss of Identity. Sunday morning we will conclude with a Kundalini activation by Abigail Lorick. Nourishing, organic meals will be provided by Natacha Stojanovic of My Cocoon. Additionally, healing arts practitioners including Reiki Master Amber Lee, Holistic Esthetician and Chumash Native Rodi Bragg, Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Bodyworker Sophia Trieste, and Intuitive Healer Daniel Pozas will be offering one on one sessions throughout the retreat.
