Inner Wellness | Outer Beauty Day Retreat Saturday September 14th

Join PALMA Collectiva for an intimate, devotional day of self care and beauty at our Inner Wellness | Outer Beauty Day Retreat at an iconic private estate in Santa Barbara. This seven hour retreat will begin with a Self Love Tea Meditation with Energy Coach Shannon Kim. We'll indulge in an Ayurvedic Beauty lunch with and chat with Dr. Sirichand Khalsa on the medicinal benefits of Ayurvedic foods. Following lunch guests will partake in small group Biocharger sessions focused on inner beauty. Each guest will also receive a personalized Sculptural Facelift session with Abi Maeve. Additionally we'll have poolside intentional chats and cold plunge sessions. We'll close the day with an evening Purification Sound Bath lead by PALMA Founder Meredith Markworth-Pollack.
