Relax into a meditative sound bath with Ojai based sound alchemist Alarra Saress, while grounding yourself with Reiki by Meredith Markworth-Pollack. The alchemized instruments will sooth and call in presence, helping to release anxiety, heighten a calm state, and bring in clarity. The hands on Reiki will bring you to a state of deep relaxation and creative flow. All set up included.
