The intuitive massage approach is one of deep listening. Prior to our session, you will have an in depth discussion about what is arising on that particular day.
This relaxing massage is curated to your own specific needs and desired pressure. The style is long, slow, flowing strokes over the whole body. The intention is to nurture the nervous system, promoting a soothing environment to access a parasympathetic state, to allow for deep healing.
Sophia infuses each session with different modalities including aroma therapy, sound healing, and vibrational therapy, using Tuning forks and placing them upon different energetic centers of the body, also known as Marma points and Chakra Centers.
This intuitive massage is a holistic approach, addressing not only the physical body, but the energetic and spiritual needs of your being.
