Ariana will lead a gentle self Lymphatic drain to clear the pathways, followed by a Life Stretch targeting the fascial nets. Lymphatic work is wonderfully beneficial to all, especially when it comes to our gut and brain health, supporting our immune system and eliminating waste in the body. When we help the lymphatic system to work optimally, we help all systems in the body to work optimally. Movement following lymphatic work helps to enhance the flow. The Fascial system holds our body together, yet tends to become compressed and tangled due to our daily lifestyles and stress. Giving our bodies a slow unwinding through stretch can be wonderful, not only for our physical body, but also our mental and emotional health. Make sure to have water near by to sip on (add a squeeze of lemon to it for extra hydration!).

Ariana has had a lifelong connection with movement and the body. During her first career as a dancer and choreographer, she became passionate about the limitless ability of the human body. When switching careers, she discovered Frederick Stretch Therapy (FST), she realized she could give a gift to her clients that remains central in her own life: the gift of movement. Ariana gained her FST Certification at the Stretch to Win Institute in Arizona with creators/founders Ann and Chris Frederick, completing the highest level of certification. In 2021 she became certified in manual lymphatic drainage techniques with Dr. Perry Nickelston, adding advanced lymphatic techniques in 2022. She has been ecstatic to see the results when merging these two modalities together.
