With Ramona Harvey

This workshop blends mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and practical communication tools to help participants approach conflict with clarity and confidence—without losing connection to their values or relationships. It’s inspired by Kristin Neff’s concept of fierce and tender self-compassion, offering a balance between standing up for our needs and honoring others.

The session includes guided meditations, reflection exercises, and frameworks for setting boundaries and communicating mindfully. It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their relationships while staying true to themselves.
