Elder Sound Bath Monday December 4th

Join us for a rejuvenating morning elders sound bath experience at Palma Colectiva to honor the Elders in our community. This one-hour session is specially designed to provide relaxation, stress relief, and healing vibrations through the power of sound.

During the sound bath, you will be comfortably seated or lying down as Danielle plays various instruments, such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle gongs. The vibrations and harmonious tones produced by these instruments are known to promote deep relaxation, meditation, and overall well-being. Meredith will be providing hands-on reiki during the experience to further deep relaxation and holistic healing.
