Join PALMA Colectiva for our Summer Series at El Encanto Hotel for an evening of Yin Yoga with Krista Flemming. Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic practice with gentle holds of postures in seated and reclined positions. The intention of the postures is to target the fascia and other connective tissues of the body. All levels welcome.
All set up provided.
PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
