Cha Dao: The Way Of Tea Ceremony with Kat Mills. Kat is an artist and facilitator of sacred spaces, sharing at the intersection of creativity, mysticism, and healing. For nearly two decades, Kat has cultivated her practice in movement, meditation, and the healing arts. Kat started her tea journey in 2013, and has been practicing Cha Dao and Japanese Tea Ceremony ever since.
