We'll transition into an active breathwork practice, opening the heart to align with what's ahead. Bring a pen, journal and your big, beautiful dreams.

Megan Attore and Rozy Boswell are breathwork besties who have the time of their lives holding space together. Megan is a licensed integrative psychotherapist and Rozy Boswell is a coach focused on the mind body connection. Together, they bring a joyful energy to healing in community and endeavor to create safe containers for deep work.
