A ceremonial evening devoted to the Autumn Equinox in collaboration with RITUEL. This is a powerful time to reflect inward and balance and quiet ourselves as we approach Fall and enter a new cycle. A moment that calls on our gratitude in reflection of the gifts our harvest has brought us.
The evening will include:
A Cacao + Sound journey with Meredith Markworth-Pollack, reflecting on the intelligence of darkness approaching in nature as it mirrors the beauty of the darkness within.
An Equinox Ceremony to create nourishing and recalibrating rituals for Fall with Eve Gaines.
Massage techniques for self care with Keiko Matsuo. The Equinox is a powerful time for bodywork and to reset physiologically as our planetary alignment is conducive to creating and sustaining balance.
