Join PALMA Colectiva and Dr. Karina Garcia for a community offering to immerse ourselves community outdoors. This experience gives you the opportunity to slow down and harmonize with nature.We will spend the 1st half of the nature walk mainly in silence after given prompts to ponder.Then, we will gather on the beach to deepen our alignment with nature even more. There will be some music and journaling.
